The Plantronics HW540 EncorePro is a convertible mono headset that can be worn over-the-head, over-the-ear, or behind-the-neck to suit each agent. It uses a wired quick-disconnect (QD) connection and works with both desk phones and PC/softphone setups when paired with the matching bottom cable. A noise-cancelling boom microphone helps keep background noise out of the call.
