Orders placed before 3pm PST will ship that same day from California and will arrive within 2-5 business days. If you need faster shipping, at checkout there's expedited shipping options available. 

Returns are easy and free!

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your order for a full refund. Please follow the quick steps below to submit a return.

  1. Email your order number to info@renewedheadsets.com and please provide reason for return.
  2. Once return is approved, you'll receive an email with a pre-paid shipping label to return your order for a full refund
  3. Refunds take 2-5 business days to be issued from the day the return is received in our warehouse
