Refund policy
30-Day Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of the order. If 30 days has gone by we cannot return or exchange the product however we want to be sure your headset is always in working condition. We offer FREE lifetime support (contact us to get help) and we cover all of our products with a full 1-year warranty. Additionally we offer a trade in program for any of your old or unwanted headsets visit, renewedheadsets.com/trade.
Returns are simple just simply contact us and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@renewedheadsets.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@renewedheadsets.com.

Shipping costs depend on the situation:
If the product is defective or we made a mistake we will cover the shipping costs however if not then we request that you cover the shipping charges.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
