To get started simply

1. Email info@renewedheadsets.com with the items you would like to trade in.
2. Within 1 business day you'll receive a quote.
3. Once approved, a free pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you.
4. You can choose credit on account, a check to be mailed, or we can send payment through PayPal.
5. Once shipment has been received it will take 2-5 business days for the items to be received and the payment to be issued.
