Before getting started:

1. Download the Jabra Direct updater 

After plugging in the AC power, the USB cable and letting your Jabra Pro 930 charge for at least 30 minutes, update your headset if there's an update available. 

Jabra Direct makes sure that your headset always has the latest firmware, guaranteeing you’ll have the most up-to-date features, bug fixes and easy access to compatibility updates. 

2. Open the Jabra Pro 930 Manual

Get familiar with how to setup and use your Jabra pro 930.
